At Zenu™, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on every order — no hidden costs, just happy baths!


Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after being placed.

  • An order is considered “dispatched” once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is on its way to you.

  • During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on your location and begin once your order has been dispatched.

  • 🇺🇸 United States: 10-15 business days

  • 🇨🇦 Canada: 10-20 business days

  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 6-10 business days

Please note: Holidays, customs checks, or courier delays may extend delivery times. These are outside of our control.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.

  • If our system detects an address issue, our support team will e-mail you within 3 business days to confirm. If we don’t hear back, we may cancel your order.

  • If you spot an error in your shipping details, please e-mail us at support@zenu.us within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to help, but changes after 24 hours may not be possible.


Delayed Delivery

We understand how important timely delivery is. While we ship out as quickly as possible, sometimes delays happen due to:

  • Courier issues (weather, transit disruptions, etc.)

  • Product availability or payment processing delays

  • Customs or regional restrictions for international orders

Zenu™ is not liable for delays caused by these external factors, but we’ll always keep you updated and help where we can.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order leaves our hands and is with the courier, it’s no longer under our direct control. If your package is marked lost or stolen:

  1. Contact us at support@zenu.us — we’ll assist however we can.

  2. Reach out to the courier directly to file a claim. Most carriers have a process for lost or stolen packages.

  3. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement.

Please note: Lost or stolen packages are outside our refund policy. In rare cases, if the courier cannot locate the package, we may recommend filing a police report.
