Cancellation Policy

If you need to change or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be in processing, and we may not be able to make changes. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We package every order with care, but if your item arrives damaged (physically broken or defective), please let us know within 72 hours of delivery.

  • To report damage, e-mail support@zenu.us with a clear photo.

  • If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.

  • Please note: damaged shipping boxes or packaging do not count as a damaged item if the product itself is in good condition.

  • We cannot refund or replace items damaged from normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

We work hard to ship your order quickly, but delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors outside our control are not our responsibility.

  • If you experience delivery issues, please contact the courier directly.

  • Zenu™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you enter it incorrectly and do not notify us within 24 hours, you will not be eligible for a resend or refund.
