Cancellation Policy
If you need to change or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be in processing, and we may not be able to make changes. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We package every order with care, but if your item arrives damaged (physically broken or defective), please let us know within 72 hours of delivery.
